What the service is
AttestKit prepares AI startups for a SOC 2 audit: a policy set written for your company, an evidence checklist, gap analysis against the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, an auditor-ready export, and hands-on support until you pass. The subscription is a flat $199/month (or $149/month for the first five Design Partners).
What the service is not
We do not perform your audit — that is done by an independent CPA firm, and by design no one can both prepare and audit you. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Reaching SOC 2 compliance depends on your company actually implementing and following the controls; we cannot guarantee an audit outcome, but we stay with you until you pass.
Billing and cancellation
Flat monthly pricing, no per-seat charges and no mid-way upsells. You can cancel anytime. The audit fee is paid directly to your CPA firm, not to us. Any optional add-on (such as the one-time audit-prep package) is quoted and agreed separately.
Your content
You keep ownership of your documents and evidence, which live in your own storage. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive and only access what you provide to do the work.
