Monthly subscription (Core / Design Partner)
Core ($199/month) and Design Partner ($149/month) bill monthly, in advance. The subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel — there's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime — email us and we'll confirm the same business day. You keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for; we don't refund or prorate the current period.
Audit-prep package (one-time, $1,490)
This is a one-time add-on, not a subscription. It's fully refundable if you cancel before we start the review. Once we've started, it's final.
The audit fee isn't ours to refund
Your SOC 2 audit fee is paid directly to your independent CPA firm, on their terms. This policy covers AttestKit's own fees only.
How billing is processed
Your purchase and subscription to AttestKit are processed by Polar Software, Inc., acting as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Polar handles billing, payment processing, and applicable sales taxes, and refunds are issued through Polar. For billing questions, email oleg@attestkit.io.
How to cancel
Email oleg@attestkit.io. No retention calls, no downgrade maze — we confirm in writing.
